Ladin and tirolean specialities

We will let you taste the typical dishes of our mountains in a homely atmosphere: barley soup with “turtres”, “polenta” with pore mushrooms, boards of local speck and game sliced salami, “Kaiserschmarren” with blueberry jam and, obviously, apple strudel… everything cooked with local, wholesome ingredients.
